Any reason to think Celebrex is different than Vioxx?07 Oct 2004 16:38 GMT3
I've been taking Vioxx for about 6 months.  My doctor told me to stop
and gave me an prescription for Celebrex.
Since they are both the same type of drug is there any reason to
believe that the heart risks for Celebrex will be less?

I was wondering if you had tried any of the newer treatments like
Rituxan?  Seems like that will be the next drug down the pipeline and
it sounds really promising.  You always seem to get the newest drugs

platelet drop on celebrex that was corrected when the drug was halted. I
know celebrex doesn't have an anticoagulant type effect like other
