Just went out and finished loading the car about 15 minutes ago, so I
will be able to just get up, shower, and be off to the gimp picnic in
Akron!   I am soooooo excited and so in need of getting away, that I
don't know if I'll get any sleep tonight!

There has been publications from sources such as Dr Gott that certo
(stuff used in making jam) is a good remedy for arthritis.  Some have
had success using this when mixed with grapefruit juice.
Anyone have any experience with this?

I've been through three surgeries and I still have lower back pain. It
gets to some days where I don't even feel like getting out of bed. My
house is such a mess I don't even want people to come over and keep me
company. I once read about some type of herbal oil out of Hawaii ...
