I have OA in the hip.  Usual cramping in the quad and knee.  An ice bag
feels like heaven but I am wondering if heat wouldn't be better - even on
the hip itself.

I had/have severe OA in both knees to the point that it was bone on
bone. Before my left knee replacement I tried both Tylenol 3's and
oxycocet. It would take the edge off sometimes but for the most part
there was no really pain free time.

i have had the worst experience i have had with a doctor - i just want
to scream - my appt is 415 - i arrive @ 4pm, knowing i would have new
patient paperwork to fill out.....i just got home it is now 7pm!!!!!

Hi all.....I feel like dirt today.  I can feel every square inch of OA on
me.  The second shoulder injection is set for tomorrow, so that will help
alot.  All I have to accomplish today was going to the store for a sponge
