man, just comin down from the peak of one of the worst flares i've ever had. I
could barely sit at hte computer, couldnt barely walk to the bathroom, friends

Saw the orthopedic hand guy again today, He was not happy at all with
the progress of my elbow, arm, hand stuff and the small amount of
progress made thus far with the physical therapy.  He said there is just
