i finally saw "my" hip doctor - the one i love - he concurs with the
idiot (at least for now) no surgery, but he is concerned about the pain
i am in & what we can do during the wait time. he has decided on nerve
blocks for the pain - he didn't give me too many details on nerve

Just returned from urologist's office.  New x-rays showed no change.  Went
for an ultrasound.  I have a follow-up appointment in six months.  The doc
said if it isn't broken, don't bother it!  I agree.  No pain, no problems,
so just carry on.  I've got pain meds just in case....hope ...

Well, I finally got some power back--we are okay--some minor damage to the
roof which is now fixed and other odd assorted things like trees down and
such--but nothing that is earthstopping.  My garden needs much assistance as
many plants and trees were pruned by Frances....

I just installed SP2 everything seems to be working.  It took about 25
minutes to install.  It arrived via auto update.  Norton's does not
show up  in the security center so I said I would monitor it myself
(Norton claims this is ok so no program can shut it off).  It did tell

Dear Folks,
Recently my rheumy prescribed lidoderm patches for my painful shoulders due to
FMS.  I'd tried them first and they were wonderful.  But now the insurance
refuses to pay for them.  Anyone else with experience?
