Well,  saw the orthopedic doctor and my RD today about the
elbow/arm/hand situation.  The pain has continued and actually gotten
some worse.   Their collective diagnosis' is that yes, I have arthritis
in my elbow!  And I pay the big bucks for these types of diagnosis'

That was unbelievably fast.  Why does it take mail longer to get to me from
missouri than from the UK?  First one up on my newly designed postcard wall.

a friend is visiting and her husband, 51, has problems with his hip due to a
problem from childhood. docs have told him he shouldn't have it replaced yet
because the new hips only last 7 years. is this accurate?? meanwhile, he's in
