Do any of you use an exercise ball at all to help strengthen you muscles/joints or for weight loss or both? If so, do you use an organized program with it like pilates or do you just kind of do your own thing? Do you like the exercise ball and find it easy to use/work

i'm doing the final final final edit on this book. (i hope). can anyone tell me what color(s) the current mcdonald's uniforms are? on a boat with an outboard motor, can you use the words "motor" and "engine" interchangeably (sp?) when referring to the motor?

I have been diagnosed with both osteo arthritis and rhematoid arthritis. The dr. gave me samples of clebrex which helped me imensely. Unfortunately med-i-cal does not pay for this and therefore I was prescribed naprosyn-- which does not help, and motrin 800 mg which does not help ...
