Wow, after catching up from all that happened while I was gone.  It has

Do any of you use an exercise ball at all to help strengthen you

on a boat with an outboard motor, can you use the words "motor" and "engine"

I have been diagnosed with both osteo arthritis and rhematoid arthritis.
The dr. gave me samples of clebrex which helped me imensely. Unfortunately
med-i-cal does not pay for this and therefore I was prescribed naprosyn--
which does not help, and motrin 800 mg which does not help ...

I am 47 and was diagnosed about 20 years ago.  I am now disabled can not
work or do much of anything.  I have tried all the latest drugs.  The

My mom has suffered with rumatory arthritis for many years.  So did my
grandmother before her, and I can tell that I am already showing early
signs of arthritis.  I hated seeing my mom suffer.  She would cry many
nights in pain, and not wanting to end up in the same conditions that

Since I am a newly diagnosed OA and on my 2nd day of pain free living, I
need to know if "flare-ups" are common. I got a shot of cortisone in my knee
about 1 1/2 weeks ago and don't know if my status is because of that or if I
