John and I are off to visit my daughter and her husband. They are still
unpacking since their move so not even sure they have their computers
hooked up although I am guessing they do. It is a third floor walk up

spots where the shingles were.  I got an injection in my left shoulder, oh yea,

The heart cath Wednesday only found  a couple of small blockages, nothing
bad enough for angioplasty. Would have come home Thur AM but had an
abnormal reading in last blood work so had to stay and have a lung scan on

I returned from the memorial service and I wanted to thank you for the
encouragement. I spent the last 2 weekends helping plan the memorial
and supporting Gay's family.  Your support was awesome. I have always
been reluctant to be a full participant when a death occurs. Ackward

Its been a week for me on Phase I.  I've got to work harder on meals at what

We just got a phone call that my brother Dick is in surgery at Washington
Hospital Center (D.C.)
They are trying to repair a tear in his aorta.  He was on his way to work
