Say someone was taking 7mg/day and wants to taper off.
Doctor has her reducing about half a mg/day:
First week 7mg every day.  
Second week 7mg one day, 6mg next day, 7mg next day, etc.

linked to an increased risk of lymphoma, a type of lymph node cancer.
