I was wondering how flares go? I just started MTX and the day before I started both my hands and feet felt almost normal, which made me think I didn't need the mtx, (wishful thinking) but I took it, killed my stomach for 2 days, but my feet and hands still are not hurting, is this ...

Say someone was taking 7mg/day and wants to taper off. Doctor has her reducing about half a mg/day: First week 7mg every day. Second week 7mg one day, 6mg next day, 7mg next day, etc.
