Has anyone heard from.......27 Jun 2004 07:55 GMT16
Joe?   I know he had a virus in his computer, but it seems as though he
has been gone an awfully long time even for a virus!
Kendall?    Seems like forever since anyone has had any word from him
and how he is doing!

I got the package today and it almost seemed like christmas. Thank you so
much for all those cards. Jim was really impressed that you would think of
me like that. ;-)
Now I have lots of cards to send out when I can.
first enbrel shot27 Jun 2004 06:18 GMT9
So I did my first enbrel shot today and it is very much different than my first
through 12th shots of humira.  Shot was a piece of cake but I am incredibly
spacy, having trouble finding words like I do if I am on over 5mg of pred.  I
feel  very very tired (humira always makes me ...

Thank you to all of you who responded to my questions on mtx and the carpel
tunnel thing.  I went back to my RD today and told her I just needed a few
more questions answered before I started the mtx. She was very caring and
listened and answered all my questions.

Today I signed the papers for my house etc. The buyer for this house
Donnah update27 Jun 2004 03:51 GMT13
Excerpt from an email I got from her yesterday:

are being said for everyone--I guess the good Lord decided I
needed something good to do <s>
No virus, squeaky clean27 Jun 2004 03:20 GMT1
I forgot that I set my security settings on High the other day and that is
what is making it seem like there is a virus hitting me when it is just
trying to stop any suspected virus coming in. Which means if it has a paper
clip beside it, it will stop  it from coming in.
I'm back :)26 Jun 2004 22:58 GMT9
Well, I had my mini vacation and it was so good to get away from all of
this.  It somehow looks a wee bit different since I got back, but I
think that's because I had such a great time.
I do have to say that you are a very prolific lot! I have been trying to

Orthopaedic visit26 Jun 2004 20:02 GMT30
Went to see the orthopod surgeon today, who I last saw a year ago when we
agreed to hang on to my knee as long as possible.
Had new x-rays and he said my left knee is a catastrophe, my right is just
borderline disaster.  He actually held my hand and said he felt so sorry for

Enbrel Question26 Jun 2004 08:28 GMT7
OK, have been on Enbrel since about march along with the Imuran and the
mtx and the pred.    Of course, the enbrel has been off and on since I
have to stop it with each infection.   In any case, I have not had any
problems with it until my last 2 doses.   With these last 2 ...
