OTP-sort of PING: Ari19 May 2004 00:51 GMT3
Ari, do you know if people who use biologics can be bone marrow donors. If
so how would we sign up to be tested? I am ignorant of the process, but
interested in helping if I can.
I couldn't even donate blood for years because of anemia, but that's fixed

I'm new to the group, but in grazing over the last month's posts I don't see
anything having to do with joint replacement surgery.
I'm facing a TKR next month, right knee.  I have a couple of questions to
ask anyone who has been through this, AND I have a couple of pain medication
Strokes and Arthritis18 May 2004 20:28 GMT16
My friend Patti has just had a small stroke. Appart from being very
tired she is mostly ok. One problem is that she is taking Asprine to
thin the blood, but because of that, she has had to stop taking
Naproxyn for her arthritis. Apparantly they conflict with each other.

The Ultracets did not work at all.

OTP - Weird Eye Blisters18 May 2004 05:32 GMT13
Hi all, I've been rubbing my eye today trying to dislodge what I
thought was an eyelash in my eye.  Finally went and looked in the
mirror and plucked what looked like an eyelash curling down into my
eye, and when that didn't do the trick I looked again...
