My friend's mom - looks like she's just going to have a lumpectomy and radiation at this point. We'll see from there. It hasn't spread beyond the ducts that they can see. They'll biopsy her lymph nodes when they do the lumpectomy. So, so far so good.

so they denied my remicade, enbrel would be 800 a month out of pocket. whats left..im in tears. whats going to happen to me. i dont qualify for any help programs because i own my house and have money in the bank. im a mess... whats left?

I have had my knees rupture a few times over the years, and the Dr. just drains any fluid left and injects cortisone and that usually works for a year or two. Now, my knees just get "tight" then just rupture and fill my lower leg with fluid. Anyone else get this?

Is there anyone on pred and mtx? My dr is wanting to put me on mtx and is waiting till I get below 20mg of pred...I am at 20 right now and will see him on Tues. He is reluctant because of the risk of infections...what can you share
