My wife is diagnosed with the above problem, and surgery is probably a
treatment that will happen in a while. She's really concerned about
getting back surgery and waking up a quadraplegic or partially

when to take glucosamine08 May 2004 22:34 GMT2
When is the best time to take glucosamine sulfate? Is it before exercise, so
that the increased circulation will get the glucosamine into the jpint? Does
taking it before bed have any positive effect?
Also, is there an amount which is too much to take? E.g., will excess be

think (ok, we know!) she needs one of those "I've fallen and I can't get up" do
hickeys. Has anyone had any experience with ...
