  Well, I posted earlier that I had total knee replacement on March
23rd.  I was told by my surgeon that he would most likely do a knee
"manipulation" if I do not have a 90 degree bend in my knee by this
Wednesday.  I am at 87 degrees sitting and 90 degrees on my stomach

Did I get a great surprise today or what. I had communicated with Jo because
Firechief wanted to stop by to see me. I said I would love to see him but
with these infections I didn't want to take the chance of giving this stuff
to them.

I know this sounds odd, and I am by no means a regular air passenger, but
every time I go on a plane, I catch a cold.  My last couple of holidays were
rather spoiled by this.
Any tips (which don't involve anything that looks remotely like Michael

Just out of interest, anyone tried Firefox as a browser and if so what
are your thoughts in comparison with IE?

Well...after about a month and a half trying, I finally got TRI-CARE to
approve Enbrel for my Psoriac Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis....gave
myself my first shot today....really wasn't as bad as I expected...was just
a little anxious about sticking a needle in myself...bad ...

Just wondering if anybody knows of any sites that explain how to remove the
tops off the lockable tablet bottles I am also after pictures.  My daughters
doing health and social care for school and she needs this info.

First hip replacement/knee scope (right - 2/16)) was an unqualified
success.  Recovery over the past 10 weeks has been excellent.
