Hi Group, I have tapered the pred, and my optimum dose falls somewhere between 5 mg and 2.5...so I guess they make 1 mg tabs so I can try 3 mg or 4?? I feel great at 5 but I don't like the side effects...the bloat and appetite.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, but the RA has really, really been kicking me in the butt hard. I have finally started the Enbrel and have had a couple of injections, but so far have noticed no effect or difference in how I feel. Hopefully time will tell!

You may or may not recall the problems I have been having with (what I thought was my DMARDS) from about September last year. I have had a RD Nurse appointment today ( and she spoke with the RD) and there is a possibility I may have been barking up the wrong tree.
