I  have tapered the pred, and my optimum dose falls somewhere between 5 mg and
2.5...so I guess they make 1 mg tabs so I can try 3 mg or 4??
I feel great at 5 but I don't like the side effects...the bloat and appetite.

and have had a couple of injections, but so far have noticed no effect
