My mother-in-law is having problems with using the telephione. She has
difficulty remembering numbers to call out, and often does not hang up
the phone correctly, leaving the line open so any caller gets a busy
signal.

Unfortunately, I wrote the post in Word then pasted into the message.

worked with disabled kids - and then with children with behaviour
problems. And then, of course, when I had my own kids. I worked for a
