I am not sure if it is old age or alzhemiers but her appetite is not all that great. she does eat a very good breakfast but for lunch and dinner eats little bits of food, I do not push her to eat as she has not lost any more

I have to try and trick her into going like on mondays she can get her hair done there and I tell she has to go to the hairdressers and then I leave her there telling her I have to go to work and will pick her up later.

am I crazy or what??? but to me I notice when mom eats a lot of choc (which I do not give to often) she seems to get more agitated and restless. Is it the choc or my imagination? JJ

My mother seems to get more parnoid at night she goes to bed and must get up at least 2 or 3 times to see if the doors are locked. I think she has what they call sundowners but by giving her that mild sleeping pill she seems to stay in bed the whole night.
