My mother-in-law (101 years old) has such terrible violent type of hallucinations. Her short term memory seems to be pretty good. She knows there was a hurricane down south and can remember who has been to visit her in the nursing home.

Started up somemore sourdough wholewheat bread today. It's risen once and I have it in a warm oven now rising for the 2nd time. (Got 3 bread pans when shopping the other day.) Breads been rising for about 2 1/2 hours now and I'm supposed to let it rise for at least 3 to 4 hours.

Have you used one? What kind? Experience? This site mentions one to help prevent overeating & I know it would also be for safety ie getting out something that wouldn't be instantly ready to eat like meat, etc.
