was finally able to go out of the house long enough to buy an electric recliner. i have been unable to lie down to sleep or to sleep in a chair. can't push back on a regular recliner, but this electric one is wonderful.

ida sleeps a lot these days. she still knows who we are and still can feed herself ok. the cancer does not seem to be as fast growing as we were originally led to believe. she does not seem to be in any pain, fortunately.

ida is still doing well, eating ok, no apparent changes. the stent seems to be working, or the cancer isn't growing as aggressively as we first thought. she still falls occasionally if she manages to get out of bed on her own at night. fortunately it is rare when that happens. ...
