| Thanks Evelyn and... | 31 Mar 2004 14:42 GMT | 17 |
Thank you for responding to my post. I realized after posting it that what I really need is the "oomph" to change some things rather than actual directions (grin). I have been dragging my feet about finding help because I hate changes, but I am not sure how much more of this I can ...

| Early stages vent update | 30 Mar 2004 17:54 GMT | 4 |
Thanks for all your comments and support. I have just returned from a visit. The poster who said Dad's problem might be depression is probably right. He has been prone to it all his life (runs in family -- lucky me!) but denies it. I spent a lot of time reassuring him

| My Grandma died | 29 Mar 2004 03:30 GMT | 10 |
I wanted to let you know that my grandmother passed away Friday morning, March 19. Up until the last year, she was so sharp -- both mentally and physically. In the last year, AD had set in, and she declined rapidly; and she had had a couple of really bad falls. Pneumonia set in ...

| New Problem | 29 Mar 2004 00:05 GMT | 5 |
I go to my folks once a week right from work. I live 1 1/2 hours away, but I work 1/2 hour from them, so I get there about 2pm and stay over night and go back to work from there. Anyway, when mom was in the hospital due to her stroke, a nurse

| The cause of multiple diseases | 27 Mar 2004 15:18 GMT | 31 |
I think I might try again with my OPINION about the cause of many diseases. Let me quickly state my perdicament. I have Lyme. This was because a tick bite, this tick had bacteria in it, the bacteria had a virus "living off" it. This is called life(life living off life). I

| Namenda revisited | 26 Mar 2004 04:30 GMT | 1 |
I think maybe the bad effects are wearing off, Mom slept pretty well last night and I think she may be thinking a bit better. Not only that but she is eating better. She may get off of hospice if she gains weight. That would be ok. She also is in a great mood today.

| Mom suffers no more | 26 Mar 2004 04:15 GMT | 7 |
My sweet little mama died in my arms, a week ago, Friday morning at 7:40 am. The only reason I knew the exact time, was that my phone began ringing. Soon afterward, I found out it was Arthur calling. I think mom didn't want me to feel alone, after she went Home with Jesus. Arthur
