Itching area 4 years after skin abcess09 Jul 2008 05:09 GMT1
Hi, I had a larger abcess due to some bacteria 4 years ago, I had
antibiotics but they kept coming back until I got some broad spectre
antibiotics.
Now the scar from one of the abcessess itches daily. Should I have it

I need surgery for an umbilical hernia.  Doc says I should get it done
so that it does not become an emergency surgery.  He said that it is
not the kind of thing you want to have done in the emergency room.
