I am a relatively healthy 48 year old woman. Lately, I have been having a lot of pain in my hip joints. This only happens, however, at night. There is no pain in my hips during the day. Despite taking aspirin (I have problems taking ibuprofen), the pain is still pretty bad.

Acetaminophen is in Tylenol and Excedrin. Acetaminophen is so toxic people commit suicide with it (it shuts down the liver). Please help me: My liver and kidneys hurt all the time from taking Excedrin.
