John-
went to a new Uro a few weeks ago who does PVP's-I thought I was a
candidate since I have 95% blockage near the opening to my bladder-main
problem I've had for years is getting up 4-6 times during the night.
This Uro put my on low dose of Amitrypiline at bedtime.  I only get up
1-2 times at night now-I also take 1.5 mg. of Lunesta-the comob seems
to be really helping.

there is a homeopathic coffee curda...
they sell it at whole foods---
try this--works for my daughter
Michael
Coffea cruda: Mental excitement and nervous stimulation that keep a person
from sleeping suggest a need for remedy. Thoughts preventing sleep can be
happy or distressing. The person may be looking forward to something that
will happen in the morning, but feels stressed and exhausted as the night
wears on. If the person falls asleep, it is usually very light with vivid
dreams, and disturbed by any little noise or motion. (This remedy can also
help if overuse of caffeine is the cause of sleeplessness.)

John, I also had PVP and still get up 4 to 5 times a night to pee which
causes me to loose alot of sleep, don't know how you go about curing the
problem but like you I sure would like to know.
I don't remember you relating your PVP experience to this group maybe
you did but I don't remember it. If you can, will you relate your PVP
experience with this group as to what was the out come, if you are happy
with the results also where was it done and any other information about it
that you care to give. This will be real helpful to the group.    Dean,
