Really not painful but they do fill your bladder and ask you to wait as long
as possible before you void and that was  a bit uncomfortable  for me.

Invasive! three tubes inserted up the urethra and sensors up the anus
along with sensors placed in your crotch. It was not all that bad
though. I had more pain after my flow study though than I did after my
TUIP.
