Yes.  Had my PVP last November.  Experienced 100% retro.  At first, I was
very disappointed.  The feeling was greatly diminished.  At the time, I
equated the loss of 'feeling' with no ejaculation.

However,  as time and healing went on, the orgasmic feeling has steadily
increased - VERY glad about that.  Currently, I have 'zero' complaints - it
feels GOOD!

My conclusion(s):  1) TIME is required for the full return of orgasmic
feelings;  2) I do not miss the lack of ejaculate at all;  3) I conclude my
orgasmic feeling are as good as ever.

Hello everyone. I haven't contributed in some time. I'm the guy who
can't get rid of the permanent catheter. Well, finally, there's hope. A
urologist at UCLA, world-reknowned as a bladder specialist, wants to
operate on me. I need approval for the operation from my HMO, which is
not assured.

The UCLA uro says he can rid me of the catheter, but that to do so he
must lop off the bladder neck, thus assuring me of retrograde
ejaculation. I remember I had that when I was taking Flomax or
something for my BPH, and there was hardly any sensation when I
climaxed. Will it be that way again? I would almost rather have a
suprapubic catheter installed than lose all feeling at orgasm. What
should I do? Can anyone who has retrograde ejaculation please tell me
if you still experience any "good" sensations? Thank you all very much
for any advice and/or help you offer me here.
