Definitely let the doc know about the fever. I started running a fever about
two days after my PVP. Turned out to be a UI. The doc had to change the
antibiotic, and do a urine culture to identify the strain of bacteria. The
new antibiotic worked and got things back on track in 48 hours.

Before my PVP I rarely needed to get up at night. For about the first week I
needed to get up usually once a night due to urgency. YMMV
