Unless you wanna do postgrad studies, screw grades. At the end, all an employer will look at is your ability to maintain a licence.

Hi there, I am a second year pharmacy student and thought I work hard, I find it very difficult. people keep telling me that grades don't matter and the only thing that matters is that you pass. well, if that were the case why have grades at all? don't they have to matter at least somewhat?
My cumulative GPA is about 3.15, would you consider that average or below average? I had a 3.8 coming into pharmacy school so it's difficult to see my GPA go down so much!
