Cindy, I hope you get good news on your friends, and like I said in another posting to you, I hope you find out soon whats going on with that fall and your eye problem. My day's been depressing. My younger sister passed away 3 yrs ago on this day, she had just turned 39 3 days before. She had Schleraderma, Polymyosistis and cancer. It was the Schleraderma that actually got her. The Chemo had been keeping it at bay but had to be stopped for a surgery. It came back with a vengence and shut down her kidneys and other organs. We had always shared info with each other on our auto-immune diseases. She was also my best friend. You just never know how much these diseases can progress or what turn they'll take. I know you all know how important it is to keep on top of it all, but when you're going thru it, it gets really over- whelming. My diseases are really out of control myself even though I battle it every day. I know it's alot to deal with since you're trying to watch over your friends' ordeals and yet, be having some serious medical problems of your own. Best thoughts to you and prayers to you and your friends! Rhonda

You just whine anytime. I took a fall the other day my two smallest toes on both feet have been like perivial frozen thing for a couple months and i stood up and on the side of my foot and just went down. On the way down was trying to miss the fire place so twisted and landed on shoulder and knee so have a nice skinned knee and sore shoulder to middle back BUT I did miss the fire place. I am seeing my neurologist next week so will discuss the toes. Also really freezing feet wearing 2 pairs of socks even in day time. I guess I know thats Raynauds did I spell it wrong? Ok I will stop whining now Thanks and I do Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday. I am a bit Foggy today worried bout my friend and my other friends Mom. I appreciate all of you so much a place to go and express my feelings Love Cindy W.

Hello all, Just needed to whine a little. Here I am having a performance on Wed (Dress Rehearsal) and the real deal on Sunday, Dec. 11 with 2 performances. And.... I have this pain/ache in my upper middle Shoulder area that is about to get the best of me. It may be tension or a bad result of a massage I had last Friday. Sometimes the pain radiates down the back side of my left arm making it feel like my shoulder is out of socket. My chiropractor says that she can fix me. 2 visits have not done it yet. Thank goodness I have good insurance. Maybe it has to do with the additional practicing I'm doing. I think it has to do with my computer desk job that I have only been doing 20 + years. The only thing that will help is loritab and anti-inflammatory make my ears ring. Thank goodness this is Friday. Go home and chill out.
Thanks for letting me rant,
Paulette
