Upper wisdom teeth easier to remove than bottom?
| Mccamy312@hotmail.com | 30 Nov 2006 01:17 |
Hi everybody! :)
I'm going to have my wisdom teeth removed(only have 3) soon, and I know I read somewhere that upper wisdom teeth are easier to remove than the bottom I know it depends on the tooth etc but in general is that right and if so why is that? I would think the bottom would be easier. On my referral paper the girl wrote "removal of 3rd molars #1,16,17" I looked at a tooth numbering chart and it looks likes its my 2 top wisdom teeth and then my bottom right one correct? My top right one has poked through just a tiny bit.
Another question. I know when I was 10 or 12 I had some baby teeth pulled with novocaine and if I remember right before they gave me the shot they "thumped" me and if its okay with my oral surgeon I want to have local and was wondering if they will "thump" me again? (lol) I just don't want to feel the shot.
One more question! I keep hearing horror stories about the "cracking and popping" noise what exactly do they mean? Where their breaking the tooth/bone?
