Hey guys,
I know that this sounds crazy......but I tend to obsess about things when I notice them, and I've recently been noting something odd. Sometimes I can feel my teeth shift or click very slightly...usually after eating, or with tongue thrusting agaist lower incisiors, etc. It is very subtle, and you can see the teeth move ....... its almost like you can just feel a slight shift with your tongue. Now that I have noted it, I am trying to do it all the time and it's driving me nuts! It's not always obvious.....but I am worried that it is abnormal. My gums appear healthy / normal, and I've mentioned it to a few friends and some say that they have noted that before with their teeth...others don't know what I am talking about.
It's almost time for my dental visit anyway, but any words of wisdom to ease my concerns?
Thanks
Pat
