In my opinion ... he is far, far, far, far, far from the worst
offender posting disinformation on Usenet ...

For the most part, he uses his own name ... and that I respect.

However, regardless of the lies of Barrett's Parrot, Nidiffer, when he
first attempted to steal Ms Drew's identity ... he did NOT identify
himself as Joel Eichen ... having Nidiffer lie about this ... is SQOP.

As someone who had this done to me ... my name used in ugly ways by a
crazy woman connected with the largest silicone maker in the world ...
spamming support groups using my identity ... it is NO fun and NO
laughing matter. To Nidiffer/Polevoy/Barrett and Team ... this too is
SQOP ... they are the internet terrorists.

Now, as far as "terrorism" to get Joelly's ISP to ban him ... this
doesn't rinse either!

His ISP would have investigated any complaints ... he could have
certainly proven any false ones to be that.

Further, 'his' ISP is hardly the 'only' ISP ... if Joelly wanted to be
here ... he would be ... in a Pennsylvania Minute!

My feelings are that he does have a conscience ... he is a
professional with a reputation to protect ... and playing the
Barrett/Healthfraud/quackwatch Disinfo game is sick, twisted and
leading nowhere but to his destruction.

The cover-ups are being uncovered ...

Joelly's buddy Steve Barrett was accurately described by the Appeals
Court Judges in California as being 'biased and unworthy of
credibility.'

Many, many of the issues these quacks lie about ... are being exposed
now.

There is a subset of people who react very, very negatively to
amalgams ...

Just as there is a subset of people who react very, very poorly from
mercury in vaccinations ...

Just as there is a subset of people who react very, very poorly from
breast implants ...

Pretending this is false is quackery.

The quack/healthfraud game of keeping the propaganda flowing on
fluoride, amalgam dangers etc. is a losing game ...

I believe Joelly is more of a mensch than his behaviors have
illustrated ...

I even believe he knows what I am saying is true ... and used the
excuse of being 'banned' to re-evaluate his relationship with the
quack disinfo team ... and perhaps clean up his image.

Joelly can be a very humorous man ... and I enjoy that ... I hope he
returns to usenet a more honest dentist ...
