The used to be a older seller trick that goes like this.
The seller takes me out to see the product. Since it is close to lunch the seller offers to buy me lunch. I now owe the seller something and in return lose clarity of judgement and buy at a higher rate. You see it in junk mail where a small gift is inclosed worth nothing to get me to subscribe etc.
