BELIEVE IT OR NOT? I already told you in a previous post that the engravings
cannot distinguish Physio from Physio 360 so I don't understand why you are
now surprised. If you did not get the certificate, I would complain because
the retailer may be charging you for 360 when they ordered regular Physio,
and even the lab could have screwed the retailer. That is why I told you
previously that some retailers are boycotting Varilux (and parent company
Essilor).
There is also a new lens called Physio 360 Short (and also Physio Short) ,
which is so new that I do not know if it has different markings from regular
Physio 360. If you have Physio 360 Short, then that could be the cause of
your problems (or dissatisfaction).
Regarding fitting, are you sure you understand what that means? Fitting is
not just adjusting the frame so it fits on your face, it is also making sure
that the when the lens is cut to fit your frame (the lens is round when
ground to your Rx) that the optical center of the lens is positioned
correctly with respect to your pupil. This is not a trivial task, and is
often messed up for a variety of reasons, including the incorrect
determination of you fitting height (when the optician marks the temporary
lens in the frame with a marker as to where your pupil is located).

Dear Sir,
I'm very sorry I disregarded your previous postings regarding the
engravings. My fault.
Let's see what the retailer and there provider says.
I'm sure that the order from the retailer was for the 360 (I received
the order printout), but the lab who knows?
About fitting, I'm clear on what you explain and I think the person
who did the job knew what she was doing.
I remember she checked twice the markings she made on the provisional
lens.
As a consumer it's hard to question this.
I still regret not having chosen HOYA ID. Everywhere it's praised.
Thanks
