Subject: Tragic Intellectual Blindness
PART 1
This video is about two minutes long.
McFarland is taking to an ophthalmologist.

Tragically they talk THROUGH each other, while the kids put their
nose on the book -- with no "thought" about the effect this has on
the
refractive STATE of the fundamental eye.
PART 2:
This is long, about 10 minutes. But you should watch
these kids WITH THEIR NOSE ON THE PAGE, READING AND
WRITING.
McFarland and friend sit there and talk -- not about
what these kids are doing, but about some "theory"
that neither can articulate.
Then the ophthalmologist implies that, "...well the
minus works -- so THAT HAS GOT TO BE IT".
There is a lot of truth in that statement. In the "restricted" walls
of an office -- perhaps nothing else can be accomplished. But
watch the video:

In a "closed mind" -- perhaps prevention IS IMPOSSIBLE
FOR THESE PEOPLE, McFarland, the Ophthalmolgists, and the
kids.
But I do agree, that if you are EVER going to institute
true-prevention, then the COVERSATION MUST INVOLVE
THE PERSON HIMSELF -- AND BEFORE ANY MINUS LENS IS APPLIED.
We remain "FROZEN" here with an "understandable" and OBVIOUS approach
in an office.
But perhaps we must learn to think more broadly about science and
facts, and less
so about "medicine".
Enjoy,

I'm not aware of any eye care professional who deems it "impossible"
to prevent myopia.
That's a clever, bald-faced lie on your part.
One of many.
I am aware, though, that none has ever been shown a safe and effective
method that works without using powerful pharmaceutical drugs.
You CERTAINLY haven't shown them one.
Or ... why would your niece, Joy Benson, have a restricted driver's
license based on HER impaired vision?
