There is more to Muro 128 than just lubrication. Muro 128 is a sodium
chloride solution. Put (overly) simply, it's salt. The sodium chloride
can draw out fluids from the cornea while you sleep and thereby reduce
inflammation. Use of Muro 128 at night can be a very good way to
improve vision that is affected by cornea edema (inflammation) from
surgery. Corneal edema is relatively common after PRK.
