Reading glasses don't feel right

I spent $900.00 for an eye check up. I paid $300.00 out of my pocket
for two pairs of nice reading glasses. I went to pick them up. They
just don't feel right! One eye feels okay, but the other doesn't! I'M
SO UPSET! When I close my right eye my left eye sees perfect. When I
close my left eye my right eye sees a little less perfect.
I AM PISSED! I left the glasses there and have to go back during my
lunch hour to have the Dr check them.
Has this happened to anyone else? I shouldn't have to pay.

If you spent $600 on an eye exam, I need to go up on my fees.

Do you mean "feel" or do you mean "see"? There's a world of difference.

If "a little less than perfect" does that to you, I bet you'd really melt
down if you encountered one of the REAL booboos (left-right reversed, plus
vs minus).

Nope. You're the first. :)

> I shouldn't have to pay.

Yes. They should be free. That way there's no obligation to help you out.

If you're interested in getting their attention, you need to tell them one
eye doesn't SEE as well as the other.

If both pair are exactly like that, blurry in the right eye, it's not so
likely that your GLASSES were made wrong. It's more likely the PRESCRIPTION
is buggy, and THAT happens when you're inattentive or imprecise during the
"one-or-two" process. Ask them if you can do it again, now that you've "had
some practice."

I meant to say my eyes just don't SEE right. There is something not
quite right. Something is off.
This is a big  hassle because I purchased two very expensive pairs of
glasses. Insurance paid them most
thanks for the feedback.

This is a vacuous description. I could describe anything from abnormal
psychological origin to something physical about to cause total
blindness.

I see several general problems:

A almost complete lack of scientific knowledge.
An inability to observe well.
An inability to express oneself in English.
And probably many more possibilities.

If someone posts to seek significant information, the post must give
significant information. Prove to me that there is meaning to the post.

Sometimes tough love is necessary.

I have never been in the medical field. Nevertheless, it sounds to me
that you have been taken. You also seem to be long on talk and short on
real information. What kind of a doc did you go to? What was done for
you? What did they tell you about your eyes? What kind of jewels were on
your frames?
