I'm 27 with this prescription:

OD - 0.5 -1.75 ax 170
OS -0.5 -1.25 ax 180

Currently wearing RGPs with this prescription:

OD
PWR -0.5 BC 7.9 DIA 9.6
OS
PWR -0.5 BC 8.0 Dia 9.6

I would appreciate if people in this forum posted at what age did
their myopia stopped progressing.

Thank you in advance

Dear David,

A prescription is normally written as the sperical component,
followed by the astigmatic value at a measured angle.

Your prescription is for plano (i.e., no refraction), followed
by -1.75 diopters of astigmatism.

You are astigmatic.

Others posting her can verify that for you.

Otis

you are slightly myopic with astigmatism.

there is no pat answer to your question.  myopia usually progresses
very slowly in adulthood.  since age 19 you have only progressed an
additional -0.25!  that is literally the smallest measureable value
and could be due to such normal physiological processes as water
retention, etc.
