Subject: The ORIGINAL Bates

Re: The early years.

His first article on preventing myopia in
schools was actually published in 1911 (based on an experiment that
lasted from 1903 to 1910, during his second disappearance):

Dr. Bates 1913 study was no fluke. It had 10 years of experience
behind it.

During this period, he worked with kids to read their Snellen and
keep it clear.

It is tragic that in later years his follower hijacked the original
Bates and so badly distorted his message.

Just my second-opinion,
