Maybe this is a silly question but I am confused.

I know that AcuVue Oasys is made of better (newer) material than
AcuVue 2. But I have to use Toric.
Toric is the third option to the above two.

But is AcuVue Toric made of the same material that AcuVue Oasys or
AcuVue 2?

There are two Acuvue torics, but the old one is being discontinued.

The older one ("Acuvue Toric") is made of etafilcon, the same as Acuvue 2.

The newer one ("Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism") is made of a silicone
hydrogel, like Acuvue Advance.

Acuvue Oasys is a silicone hydrogel also, but with more of the "Hydraclear"
hydrophilic component. In my experience, this resulted in improved comfort
compared to the Advance.

We expect Vistakon to introduce a toric made of the Oasys material in the
near future.
