It's not "normal" but it isn't that unusual. It's common in early cataract,
when one lens changes color more than the other.
In younger people, it might be a consequence of minor optic nerve disease,
or you might never know the reason.
It's hard to see how LASIK could cause it.
If it changes or gets any worse, you should have it checked out.
Be aware that covering one eye for any substantial time (dark adaptation)
will create dramatic differences of this sort.

I know about dark adaption. I remember in high school I'd put a
little pressure on one eye, then observe the color change between
eyes.
I'll have to observe my eyes more often...I notice it in the morning
when driving and looking at the sky and asphalt. Right now I'm not
observing any color shift while looking at white paper.

It's unlikely that color distortion would come and go if you had a genuine
organic problem.
