I am looking for anyone who may have had an acoustic neuroma which may
have caused a dry eye condition and then had lasik surgery.  Did the
dry condition become worse after the surgery? Where there any other
conditions that developed after the surgery?

Pre-existing, diagnosed dry eye conditions are normally considered to
be a potential counter-indication for laser refractive surgery ...
which is KNOWN to aggravate/exacerbate/cause dry eyes, so ... not too
sure what you're getting at, but the waters are bound to be quite
murky on this subject.

That said, you may want to post your inquiry in alt.lasik-eyes
