I guess I just happened to notice that there hasn't been any spam
posts from the G.G.S.I.EYE RESEARCH & CURE CENTRE in India today.
Maybe someone from their "Cure Center" has monitored this newsgroup
and noticed that readers have raised objections to their advertising
approach.  If so, then it would seem that "boycotting the spammers"
might be an effective approach.  Just who's sensibilities are being
hurt by objecting to spammers anyway?

Hello DoctorRick,

They occasionally stop spamming anyway (for a 'break'?)  and it
probably doesn't have anything to do with boycotting them.

Doubt it! I don't think that the spammer even reads this newsgroup at
all. He is just blasting his advertisements around anywhere and
everywhere he can. I haven't met a lot of spammers who really give a
crap about what objections their readers raise, in fact! They just
want the money whatever way they can get their hands on it. Doesn't
matter if a few of the customers object. Even if it attracts one
potential customer, it is still worthwhile, for them.

I wouldn't count on it!

No one's. Just make sure you don't hurt the sensibilities of an entire
country's medical status, while you're at it!

I'm really not interested in what you think.  How many identities do
you spam this newsgroup under anyway?  And do you offer anyone any
beneficial advise?  No.

You should go away with the other spammers.

You are a troll.

Dear Dr. Rick,

It looks like Eye-India did not get your message.
