Dear sci.med.vision friends,

Subject:  The second-opinion answers to the
majority-opinion questions raised on sci.med.vision.

Research on the subject of PREVENTING
nearsightedness has a long history.

It is clear that no one has "perfect" answers
to all questions that can be asked about
the natural (or fundamental) eye's
behavior.

Here are some of the answers for your interest:

Enjoy,

Otis

What's CLEAR is that you had no rational answers AT ALL.

I'm glad you got your mommy (Alex) to help you.

Did you pay him, or was your incessant weeping and continuing to look
like a helpless idiot on a public forum sufficient to tug at his heart
strings?

If I care, I'll respond to Alex's inputs later.  Yours weren't given,
so ... my barrage against you doesn't end.

Otis: STOP PUTTING THIS sh.t FORWARD IF YOU CANNOT DEFEND IT (and you
CAN'T).

You don't even have enough of a clue what you're TALKING about to even
ENDEAVOR to answer the questions yourself.  You had to seek out Alex
-- far from a bastion of optometric/opthalmologic wisdom, himself --
to save your a.s.

Alex: the fact that YOU had to come to his rescue, to me, means that
you're just as pathetic as he is.

Why you don't simply let him stand OR FALL on his own ignorance is
absolutely beyond me.  Enabling this demented douche bag helps nobody,
and -- historically -- hurts people.

Cheers.

So -- as expected -- YOU couldn't even answer direct, honest, relevant
questions regarding the CRAP that you have put forth here, and
elsewhere, for years.

Since you can't answer these yourself, and ... now that you HAVE your
supposed "expert' all lined up, why don't you get Alex working on
these questions now, Uncle Otie?

As a parent of a young daughter, I'm sure the extra money could only
help him.

OTIS???  WE'RE STILL A LITTLE SHORT ON DETAILS HERE.  WOULD YOU MIND
ADDRESSING THE QUESTIONS BELOW??

PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US IN SUSPENSE.

MAYBE IT'S TIME FOR A LITTLE PARABLE ... "THE PRINTER'S SON" OR "THE
AMBULANCE ON ITS WAY TO PICK UP UNCLE OTIE," OR SOMETHING.

WE'RE ON PINS AND NEEDLES WAITING FOR THE ANSWERS HERE.

PLEASE??

you spend too much time looking at the history of myopia prevention
and no time at all looking at the current status of research efforts.
a lot has been discovered since the old texts and treatises you
believe in.  there's nothing wrong with nostalgia, but don't get it
confused with the present.

Dear PClar,

Subject:  The second-opinion, and a choice

I am certain you believe what you say.

But as I stated, their are facts and arguments
for PREVENTION (separated from the public's
demand for instantly-sharp vision from you).

If the person is interested in PREVENTION from
a second-opinion optometrist, say like Steve Leung,
then he should review this posting himself.

I do agree that we are discussion PREVENTION and
only on the threshold.

And that does become a matter of personal judgment
of the parent and child about these issues.

Just my second-opinion,

Otis

But I would agree and suggest that further discussions
(for those interested) be moved to:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/i-see/

As conducted by Alex Eulenberg.

a/k/a "Mommy," the one to whom Otis had to crawl to have direct,
logical, relevant questions answered ... when/because he was totally
incapable of answering them himself.

Why don't you start by moving ALL such conversations in which YOU are
involved over there ... today.  Others will surely follow (much as
they have on your little myopiafree.com site).

Run.  Don't walk.

As a final, parting shot, though, how about telling us all what
happened with your phone call to Dave Granet.  You seem to have
tripped yourself up in ... er ... um ... a (par for the course) web of
lies there.

Thanks.
