I have some old plastic frames from the 50s and 60s that are warped or
bent. Can these be reshaped by a competent professional or should I
toss them? They have old glass lenses in them. Thanks in advance for
advice.

Yes, I believe so.

If you're gonna' toss 'em, do it the satisfying way. Get a nice heavy
metal boot, and smash the crap out of 'em! o_O

If that old, they may be nylon which is very difficult to reshape. No
matter what the material, forty to fifty year old plastic will be very
brittle and likely to break.
They may be of interest to collectors or as props for a theatre
company; try taking them to a flea market to see if anyone will buy
them for a few dollars.
