The Physio, not the Physio 360.
The difference is $40. I've been wearing Naturals for about 8
years, and they're ok. But, you know, if I get wider fields, less
distortion, and clearer vision for $40, that sounds like a good
deal. But if I wouldn't notice any difference, well then I'd like
to keep the money.
The problem is that my optician, whom I've used for almost 30 years,
doesn't have all that much experience with the Physio. But what
feedback he has received has been excellent, including from one of
the opthamologists in the office complex, who said they were the
best progressives he'd even worn.
Well, I just wondered if the experts here could describe what
differences I might actually see if I make this change, including
any potentially negative differences. I've seen the Naturals
described as "soft" lenses, but I don't really understand what that
means, and I don't know if the Physios are soft as well.
If it matters, my prescription is -5.50/-4.75, +2.25 add, and the
fitting height will be 23 mm per today's measurement. The frame is
a Safilo Elasta 7027, size 50-20. The lenses would be standard
plastic, not high index.
Thanks very much for any suggestions.

If you greatly & ONLY need good far distance vision, pay for the Physio360.
If you need a progressive power spectacles that has reasonably good distance
& near vision, then insist on Varilux Comfort or Sola Max for the best value
for money.
