Focussing problem

Lately I have been having problems while doing close up work or work
on the computer in which after I spend 15 or more minutes focussed at
these close objects, when I look away to focus on obhects 15+ feet
away, they are blurry and I cannot seem to focus on them. After a few
minutes, I can focus on these distance objects. It almost feels like
my eyes are stuck and I feel pressure around my eyes.

I've worked in front of a computer screen for years and I find it odd
that just now, my eyes would start giving me problems. I also notice
this while reading. Seems worse in the evenings.

Any ideas

Thanks

You're just getting older and losing accomodation.

Go to an optometrist and get an eye exam.
