What is going to happen when all disinfectants would be resistable by
micro organisms , how we will be able to manage , life is becoming
more complicated with extensive use of antibiotics,
we will reach a situation where we will not be able to fight easy
infections too.

Assuming your question is serious I'll give you a serious answer.  As new
problems arise people struggle to find new answers.  It's not a perfect
process, but it has enabled human beings to survive and progress for a very
long time.  It's a "trust" thing.

No trust at all.  Humans solve problems.  It's what we do.  Possibly
because we also worry too much.
