This might ONLY work if you have a floppy lid syndrome or an ectropian
lid
(where the lid margin is "pulled" away from the eye). Have they ruled
out
a closed or obstructed tear duct/canal as a cause of your epiphora
(excess-
ive tearing) ? Have they ruled out an irritative process (such as
allergies,
dry eyes) that could be the cause?
Again, unless your puncta (tear ducts) are not in proper position
I'm not sure how helpful the surgery that is suggested could
be of help.
