I switched from the B&L Softlens Multi-Focals to  B&L Purevision
Multi-Focals two weeks ago. Both eyes were corrected for distance
vision, no monovision, and the reading power ordered was "high". I have
no astigmatism. This has resulted in 20/20 vision and I am able to read
without reading glasses. The lenses have felt very comfortable, more
comfortable than the Softlens. Right now I not wearing them extended
even though they are approved for extended wear and will probably
continue to take them out every night except maybe very occasionally if
I stay over at a friends home. After two weeks I am very happy with
these lenses.

Great news. PV is the same design as SL66, but in a better material.
Good to hear comfort has improved.

Being old school (around in the days of the last "EW" period) I still
have reservations about overnight wear on a regular basis, however they
do give a lot of flexibility if you get hime late, go away for the
weekend etc.
