Hello

Is it okay for the eye to project a movie on the ceiling and watch it
while lying on the bed?

regards,
Elias

No, try to erect  to the vertical position and view the movie from the
wall, much better for your health.

Hello Jan,

Thank you for your reply.

Can you refer me to a website were I can read about the hazards caused
by horizontal viewing?

How much time is still considered safe while horizontally viewing?
This can happen when you're lying in bed and reading a book (partially
horizontal), or when in nature and looking at the clouds....

Can't imagine any problems with this.

I have a very active imagination.  How about somebody who wears toric
contact lenses?

Toric lenses largely orient due to lid/lens interaction which shouldn't
be much different lying on your back looking straight up or sitting
vertically looking straight ahead.  Either way, the head and eyes are
in the same position with respect to the body.

I think the real problem is how to drink your beer/coke and eat popcorn
while lying down.  The drinks especially -- would rubber sheets be
needed for all the spills?
